Brittney Strickland is the Business Development Director of Beauty Actives at Croda Inc and has 10 plus years of experience in the beauty industry. At Croda, her focus
is on world class innovation in botanicals and bioactives from Sederma, Crodarom and Alban Muller. Her experience includes working for leading global raw material
suppliers and being an Adjunct Instructor for Beauty courses at FIDM. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State
University and her M.B.A. from Syracuse University – Whitman School of Business. Additionally, she’s received numerous certifications in Cosmetic Chemistry, is the
Chair-Elect for the Society of Cosmetic Chemists, California Chapter and is a past President of Beauty Industry West.
Brittney lives in Los Angeles, CA and is passionate about bringing innovation to brands across North America. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering for humanitarian
efforts and hiking.
