How to scale an indie beauty brand. Move away from startup towards scale-up

Making the step to a global presence can be a stretch for any new brand. Direct-to-consumer distribution has become a standard go-to-market strategy for many startup brands because of its low barriers to entry. But, to meaningfully scale and access new pools of shoppers, brands often need to partner with major retailers and new markets.

In this 30 min workshop I will unveil my “Retail Ready” system and checklist for Scale up and Global Presence strategies. International brand Nicole Ravachi from Nicole Ravachi brand  will join me in conversation and share what their scale up strategies are.
