Elizabeth Corrigan, founder of The Complete Package and Prestige Testing, is a self-made entrepreneur that has made her mark in the beauty industry over the last 25 years by leading some of the largest and most respected global giants like L’Oreal, LVMH, and blissworld. With The Complete Package, Elizabeth has built a team of category experts across key industries with experience in product development, formulation, manufacturing, business development, packaging, supply chain management, and multi-channel retail distribution. Prestige Testing offerings a unique combination of product expertise combined with national and cross-segmented participants in testing panel that allow for high flexibility and result driven processes when testing all consumer products. Prestige also offers before and after photography services and is highly regarded by direct-to-consumer retailers as best in class results. Elizabeth has been a recipient of the SmartCEO Brava Award in 2016, Top 25 NJ Leading Women Entrepreneur in 2013, YWCA Tribute to Women and Industry Award, and was named a 2012 Thought Leader in Beauty by Colgate-Palmolive.
I have been raised in this industry and love that it embraces common-sense regulation, diversity, ESG initiatives, and innovation, all while advocating for small businesses and entrepreneurship.
