Over the last three decades, Shannaz has worked at the highest levels for some of the cosmetic industry’s most prestigious corporations, on both the brand and manufacturing side, employing her vast experience in manufacturing, strategic planning, and innovation.
Currently, as EVP Global Sales, General Manager, North America of MS BeautiLab, she is leading the company’s Pulse 2025 strategy of international expansion by introducing next-generation global services to the North American market.
MS BeautiLab is a global company specializing in skincare, color, and powders, that provides end-to-end brand solutions with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and European quality, with R&D and production in France, Switzerland, Italy, and the Czech Republic.
Shannaz, a Swiss native who speaks fluent French, was educated in Europe, now lives in Los Angeles, CA. She is a recognized industry expert, having spoken at various industry groups such as MULA, Style-Vision, Mazur BBR and has published in GCI and LinkedIn.
