Inspired by the microscopic structures that shape our natural world, OPT Industries Lumofil technology accelerates how cosmetic brands develop innovative new applicator concepts and bring them to full-scale production. Working directly with brands and turnkey providers, our experts in design, material science, and production 3D printing allows us to quickly iterate on new concepts for everything from mascara brushes and lip applicators, to brow brushes, blender sponges, and decorative packaging, among others. Our proprietary additive manufacturing process allows for incredible detail (50 micron elements) and flexible volumes (from a few prototypes to millions of units).
