The increasing use of digital technology in the customer journey, first in the skincare world (skin diagnosis in a few clicks) and then in the make-up world (simulate your future lipstick with the screen of your smartphone), should not make us forget that the empirical experience (the physical world, through the five senses, the collective and human interactions… ), remains a vital need, if not vital, at least essential to give meaning, to create links and to capture those little “je-ne-sais-quoi”, those weak signals, which allow us to move towards a more relevant response to the issues raised by our consumers. Today, consumers are demanding transparency and ethics. This is what we propose to give them, by bringing them closer to the product, the manufacturing processes, the raw materials, their use and their origin: this is the art of a TRUE, sincere, local marketing discourse.
It is one thing to praise cosmetic make-up and skincare products made with raw, minimally processed raw materials. But, in a cosmetic world dominated by synthetic, stabilized, high-performance ingredients, which play the sensorial card to the full (bright colors, melting textures…), accelerating their distribution is another. How to get a demanding and accustomed consumer on board for this radical change? It will be necessary to convince.
Bring them closer, acculturate them, touch them, feel them, manipulate them and observe them. All this, through an ephemeral laboratory, participatory workshops open to all, led by an expert in cosmetic formulation.
Come and experience the interest and sensoriality of raw, colored or up-cycled natural ingredients, as a proof of concept for your projects, in connection with your marketing speeches.
During short and playful thematic workshops – from the trend to the formulation, from the concept to its realization – come and convince yourself of the interest of “green” formulation, come and understand the composition of a make-up or care product, come and formulate it yourself.
1… 2… 3… Ready? Go for it! Formulate!!!
