Gloria is a leading beauty innovation expert, entrepreneur and currently Chief Product
Officer at Haus Labs by Lady Gaga, where she was hired in 2020 to spearhead the
brand’s relaunch.
Over the past 20+ years she has held various leadership roles in product and package
development, trend and innovation and brand incubation for both beauty brands and
manufacturers across color cosmetics, skincare and haircare and founded her own
consulting agency prior to joining Haus Labs.
Gloria has created numerous award winning and best-selling products over the years
including the runaway viral Foundation of the Year, Triclone SkinTech Foundation by
Haus Labs which has earned 15 awards since its launch in September 2022.
