Tweed cushion
Resolutely trendy, the Tweed is assembled with a foam to give it volume on a metal plate, ensuring that it stays in place and prevents any deformation. Laser cutting is used to create a made-to-measure shape that's perfectly suited to the surface it's to be placed on (pallet, box, etc.). Attached to the support by means of adhesive tape applied to the metal plate, it can also be inserted, facilitating recycling (separability of elements).
High frequency embossing PU & HIPS colored logo
The embossed PU pattern is obtained by high-frequency embossing and enhanced with a coloured logo (Pantone colours) in HIPS. The HIPS logo is bonded to the PU by bonding, ensuring a reliable, durable weld. Laser cutting creates a customised shape, perfectly adapted to the target surface (pallet, etc.).
Attached to the support with adhesive tape, the decoration can also be inserted (to make it easier to separate and recycle the different elements).
