The PP mono airless bottle with 0.5ml dosage are passed vacuum leakage test with 600mmhg for 10min is THE WORLD FIRST achievement by this development.
The main point of developments is below.
1. All the other material we used for the engine part such as metal spring and PE has been changed to PP material
2. The piston material in the airless bottle is changed from PE to PP
Those above 2 points are most challenging point of every manufacturer which wants to develop PP mono material airless.
