With over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry in product and package development, quality and regulatory affairs, sales, and retail management, Jess Abrams has held leadership roles for both indie brands and large global corporations alike. She is currently the head of product development for the LA-based entrepreneurial skincare brand, Summer Fridays, where she is responsible for ensuring product viability and profitability, creating efficiencies, and overseeing the development process from ideation through execution. She completed her master’s degree with honors at the Fashion Institute of Technology and served as the president of the FIT Alumni Association from 2017 – 2019. She also sits on the advisory board for Beauty Packaging magazine.
