Natacha Bonjout is a French Pharmacist with a Pharm.D. degree in pharmaceutical science, who wrote her thesis on skin complexion physiology.
She grew up in the South of France and began her career in cosmetic formulation at Yanbal International in Florida. She moved to NY in 2011 and became the Personal Care Account Executive for Givaudan-owned natural ingredient supplier Naturex, where she provided technical support in promoting scientific data on hundreds of skincare actives. She then got promoted to the Sales Director position for the Cosmetic Division where she served clients such as L’Oréal, Estée Lauder, Shiseido and LVMH. In 2015, she joined Fareva-owned makeup manufacturer Chromavis where she grew the US business to achieve double-digit growth. She tested and screened hundreds of cosmetic formulas.
Inspired by her extensive research on the Science of Radiance™, she found a biological way to illuminate any complexion from within, now known as the Bonjout Radiance System™. She launched her clean clinically backed beauty brand, Bonjout Beauty, in May 2023. In just 3 months, her first product Le Balm, Skin Savior Solid Serum, has been featured as the “Summer Hero Product” by Vogue and has already been covered by Harper’s Bazaar, Instyle, New York Magazine, WWD and Beauty Independent.
