As head of Garnier Skincare US, Annie works to meet the rapidly changing needs of today’s increasingly savvy and beauty-engaged mass consumers. A self-professed skincare nerd (and makeup novice), she has extensive product development and marketing experience across luxury, mass, and medical channels. She began her career in CPG at an early-stage startup where she fell in love with the business of beauty. After joining L’Oreal in 2016, she spent 7 years on the SkinCeuticals US Marketing and Global Innovation teams launching award-winning products in the medical dispensing channel. Today she has a deep passion for skin science, storytelling, and nurturing emerging talent in the beauty industry.
