This workshop will introduce key principles of transparent sustainability communications, why this is important and the risks of being vague. We will then review some examples of what constitutes good transparent communication, what could be perceived as greenwashing and how different content could be improved. For these examples we will use information available on the internet as well as workshop live examples from attendees. The workshop will conclude with a quantiative analysis that breaksdown the various aspects of a sustainability website into key transparency metrics.
