Claudia Teng is a product innovation, marketing, and development leader with experience driving growth at the intersection of health, consumer products, and entrepreneurship. She started in dermatology clinical research and authored multiple peer-reviewed articles, reviews, abstracts, and presentations at international meetings. She went on to co-found skincare company Topicals, Sephora’s fastest-growing skincare brand in 2022, and was among one of the youngest women of color to raise more than $1 million in venture capital funding. In her latest role as Director of Product & Brand at B.A.I. Biosciences, Claudia continues to drive innovation and market leadership, focusing on developing cutting-edge products and compelling brand strategies that resonate with today’s dynamic health and wellness market.
