Alexandra Lanphier is the Senior Manager of Conscious Beauty at Ulta Beauty. Since joining the leading beauty retailer, Alex has been responsible for shaping the Conscious Beauty at Ulta Beauty™ long-term strategy and spearheading strategic program initiatives. Conscious Beauty at Ulta Beauty™ is an initiative for the company founded with the objective of providing guests transparency and inspiring more informed, conscious product assortment across clean ingredients, cruelty free, vegan, sustainable packaging, and positive impact. Prior to Ulta Beauty, Alex spent 5 years at Estee Lauder Companies working within the responsible sourcing and supply chain organization, working across various areas including supplier sustainability strategy, science-based target scope 3 engagement, guest facing sustainable packaginginitiatives, and retail sustainable best practices for brands. Alex is passionate about sustainability and moving the beauty industry forward.
