Krystina Wilson is a certified Packaging Expert with 10 years of experience in product development within the Beauty Space specializing in formula and fragrance development, package innovation, sustainability and engineering. Krystina has been involved in over 200 product launches in her career, drawing upon her interactions with in-market product and packaging as both a Beauty Consumer and a Professional to provide insight into innovations for the future. Currently, Krystina serves as the Senior Packaging Development Manager with Versed Skin working to create functional, safe, innovative and eco-conscious packaging from beginning to end. Prior to Versed Skin, Krystina began her career as Day Spa owner and Licensed Esthetician of Bella by Krys Day Spa before she transitioned into a development role with COOLA and Bare Republic Sunscreen as an Assistant to the PD Manager. After a lot of hard work and a passion for packaging, she was promoted to their Senior Packaging Engineer role spearheading and managing all aspects of packaging for both brands.
